Reports
White-label website reports for client sites
Clients rarely see the maintenance you do. A short report with your name on it shows them what is being watched and what already got fixed.
Paste a URL above to see the kind of findings a report is built from. The free check looks at uptime, SSL, domain expiry, noindex, broken links, forms, mixed content, and spam signs, then gives the site a score out of 100 with each problem explained in plain English. You get a result link you can share, but it carries GlitchCatch branding. It is a one-off check, not a client report.
Client reports come with a GlitchCatch account. Every Monday morning (US time), GlitchCatch builds a fresh report for each site on your roster and emails you the Monday roster: one line per site with its score, the number of open issues, and a link to that site's report. The roster email is sent when alert emails are switched on in Settings. It comes to you, not to your client, so you can read it first and forward only the reports you want to send.
Each report is a single page your client opens from the link, with no login. It shows the site name and address, the health score, the current status, how many uptime checks passed and failed, each open issue with its severity and a plain-English explanation, and any issues that were cleared. It is a snapshot. The page says when it was generated, and it does not change if the site breaks or gets fixed later. Report pages are kept out of search engines.
On Pro and Agency, the report is white-labeled. In Settings you add your studio name, a logo (an https link to the image), and a brand color as a hex value such as #1A73E8. The report then opens with your logo and your studio name in your color, instead of ours. On Starter, the same report uses the GlitchCatch name and color. A few things stay ours on every plan: the link is a glitchcatch.com address, the page keeps a small GlitchCatch header and footer, and the alert and roster emails that come to you are GlitchCatch emails.
When you forward a report, add a sentence or two of your own: what the score means for the client's business, what you already fixed, and what you suggest next. A report with no open issues is still worth sending now and then, because it shows the site is being looked after. If a report shows something the client has to act on, such as a domain renewal at a registrar they control, say who needs to do what and by when.
Pro covers up to 50 sites and Agency up to 150. Both start with a 14-day free trial. See the pricing page for current prices.
